Cedar Valley Concepts, LLC. was brought together to provide technical and business expertise to Contact Centers. With a focus on improving customer satisfaction and reducing operating costs. CVC works to achieve this through the proper application of people, processes, and technology.
CVC works with the contact center to enhance the use of existing technologies and processes. Identify new technologies that when implemented in conjunction with the people and the proper processes can resolve the identified problem.
The goal of CVC is to provide assistance to the contact center in implementing and integrating technologies.
